Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
The easiest method to determine your ring size:
- Find a ring that fits comfortably on the desired finger.
- Measure the internal diameter in millimeters.

Method 2: Paper Strip Technique
No existing ring? No problem. Here's a simple technique:
- Cut a thin strip of paper, about 10cm long and 5mm wide.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper overlaps.
- Measure the length from the start to the mark in millimeters.
Pro Tip: Paper is more reliable than string, which can stretch and lead to inaccurate measurements.
